We were looking to purchase a home, we were working with a really awful real estate agent at the time, she would not answer emails, or return phone calls for days. We had not signed with her, so when we saw a house that we liked in Acton the sign said to call EXIT Key Real Estate, so I did just that, and let me tell you we got a call back from Elias Thomas in less than FIVE minutes, then he had the keycode in less than twenty minutes, and was at the house to meet us and do a walk through. Elias helped us purchase a lakefront cottage. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local area and the local market. He helped us through a somewhat complicated process involving two adjacent properties. He is a good negotiator and everything went off without a hitch.
